Kornit’s Avalanche R-Series Features Ink Recirculation

DTG system designed for up to 20 percent ink savings.

Kornit has expanded its Avalanche direct-to-garment platform with the Hexa R-Series and 1000 R-Series. Both series feature an ink recirculation system designed to save users up to 20% in ink costs, according to the company.

The Hexa series includes six color channels + white, while the 1000 series offers a double bridge architecture that allows the white and color print phases to happen in parallel for print speeds up to 220 light and 160 dark garments/hr.

Both systems offer a print area up to 35.4 x 23.6 in. Features include an automatic height adjustment mechanism for printing over buttons, zippers, and more.

Current Avalanche Hexa and Avalanche 1000 users will have the option to add the new capabilities of the R-Series to their systems, as well.
