TAS designed its Graphic Tester (G.T.) to let screen printers set and test screens, sample, name drop, produce single-color jobs, set all screens for carousel presses, and record the off-contact time for carousel presses. The automatic, single-head, multipurpose press comes with one set-up platen, a calibrated light box, and a screen rack. There is enough room between each rack to allow squeegees, floodbars, and the ink to remain in the screen. Multicolor sampling is possible by using the rack in conjunction with the G.T. Users pull a screen off the rack, register the screen with the pin-registration system, pull the squeegee across the screen, then place the screen back on the rack. This process can be repeated for as many colors as necessary. The G.T. comes with a two-year limited warranty.
