Tino Screen beefed up several of its lines of screen-printing products and supplies. Its pneumatic/mechanical screen-stretching device features a new design and maximum stretching size of 65 x 65 in. (1651 x 1651 mm) and maximum tension of 50 N/cm3. Tino also expanded its mesh offerings. Monofilament polyester now is available in mesh counts from 60-420 threads/in., with thread diameters ranging from 31-100 microns. The mesh comes in roll lengths of 99-165 ft (30-50 m) and widths of 45-120 in. (1143-3048 mm). Monofilament nylon is available in mesh counts from 10-330 threads/in. and thread diameters of 34-550 microns. The nylon mesh is available in 165-ft rolls and widths of 45-120 in. The stainless-steel wire mesh is available in mesh counts from 80-500 threads/in. in 100-ft (30.5-m) rolls and widths of 45, 48, and 62 in. (1143, 1219, and 1575 mm). Tino's squeegees are available in sizes of 3/8 x 2 x 144 in., 3/16 x 1 x 144 in., and 3/16 x 2 x 144 in. (9.5 x 50.8 x 3658, 4.8 x 25.4 x 3658, and 4.8 x 50.8 x 3658 mm). The squeegees are available in single-, double-, and triple-layer versions and a variety of durometers. Stretched aluminum frames are available in mesh counts ranging from 60-420 threads/in. and thread diameters from 31-100 microns. Frames are available in white and yellow and in various sizes.
