Well, a friend had a line on a decent 4-color, 2-station setup for a song, so I got a line of credit and bought it. I haven't yet taken delivery, but I will in the next week or two.
My short-term setup is in-home (displacing the cars outta the garage), part-time.
How do I best go about getting customers in these first few months? Since there isn't really a store-front, guerilla marketing tactics are certainly going to be in order.
What are the top ten characteristics of customers who buy screen-printed fabrics (totes, shirts, etc.).
What are some possible niche markets to try to penetrate early on to gain momentum?
Any suggestions and help are greatly appreciated.
Also, what resources are available for the mom-and-pop screen printer?
