I'm writing an article and I would like to find out some opinions from owners of screenprinting shops when it comes to hiring workers.
The focus of the article is about college and university training for screenprinting.
Do you have any problems hiring qualified workers?
As owners, do you feel you are getting educated or job ready workers when they come out of school?
Do you work with your local college or university with co-op placements or interns?
If you could talk to the people who design the programs, what areas are good? what are lacking?
Do you have any comparisons of non-north american educated screenprinters compared to those from schools here in United States and Canada?
