Please note that DTG is a brand name for the digital garment printer line from DTG Digital in Austrailia that is being distributed in the Americas by SWF East and Mesa Distributors.

Mesa Distributors introduced this machine to the US market this past weekend at the ISS show in Long Beach and SWF East will be exhibiting it in Orlando at the ISS show in February.

The DTG line was rolled out to the world at the ITMA show in Singapore in early October.

This machine is not the DTG printer, but the site begins with dtg. No copyright infringement since its an abbreviation for Direct To Garment and not the product itself. These printers are called DTG printers simply because that's what they are. All is well.

I would disagree. The courts find for the trademark holder in cases where URL's are confusingly similar. If you were in a different market then you'd have a claim, but at this time, your domain name is infringing upon SWF's trademark. That's why trademarks exist.
