I was having a lot of trouble with exposing, my images would always wash off. Thought that my home made exposing unit with florescent lights weren't good enough. So I tried a varity of exposing times.

The problem was too much emulsion. I tried coating the screens with just 1 coat instead of two. Everything turned out.

Coat your screens 4 light coats on the outside, turning the screen 180 degrees after every coat.

Then, coat your screen 2 times on the inside rotating 180 degrees after each coat.

With proper exposure you will get a perfect screen every time!

With this you only need to figure out exposure time.
