RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assist team in exceeding both operational and sales goals by working in all roles at the branch - sales, service, and distribution.
•Help to motivate branch employees to get the job done.
•Perform daily branch activities, including opening/closing office, mailing/invoices, activity reporting, communication with regional and corporate employees, etc.
•Answer incoming calls from local and regional customers (approximately 50-100 per day).
•Accurately enter orders for signs and sign supplies using excellent customer service skills and AS/400 data management system.
•Answer customer questions on products and distribution.
•Up-sell and Cross-sell items to customers when placing orders, using product knowledge skills.
•Grow sales of a specific customer list to reach goals set by management.
•Pro-actively call existing customers for research on sales trends/needs, relationship management, follow-up, etc.
•Inside Sales call projects to current customer base (approximately 200 - 500 per week) to promote specials.
•Accurately enter customer info into CRM database to better track details and trends of customers.
•Participate in outside sales activities, including telephone call projects, customer presentations and sale visits, research and reporting.
•Ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy in warehouse/distribution functions.
•Assist in warehouse/distribution projects and daily activities.
•Assist with miscellaneous projects (catalog mailings, brochures, warehouse, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous Sales, Customer Service experience required. Preferred from within the industry.
Computer literate – MS Office Suite and Internet navigation experience; AS400 data management system preferred; UPS Worldship preferred.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university (prefer GPA of 3.0 or above).
Strong work ethic – HONEST. Ready to work hard to get the job done!
Able to lift approximately 50 lbs. multiple times throughout the workday.

Willingness to sell! Able to be aggressive in sales activities.
Confident in ability to make decisions and multitask.
