Screen Print Associate Ad:
Experienced operations environment candidates needed for Apparel Company located in Atlanta. Candidates must have 3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of acceptable training or education. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Inspection of product, hang tag, bag, fold, boxing, lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours. Assist other positions within the manufacturing environment as needed. Compensation based on experience and shift.
Night Shift Supervisor Ad:
Directly supervises employees within the Screen Print Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The normal working hours of this shift are Mon – Thurs, 5:30 pm – 6:30 am. Partial on Thursday; Occasional Friday work may be required during peak production months.
Must be consistently at work and on time and ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent. Commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.
Experienced with all areas of screen printing; including setup, inspection, and problem solving. Firm knowledge with all aspects of automatic and manual screen-printing machinery.
Communicate to team members the goals of the team and department through daily contact and scheduled meetings.
Monitor and maintain production worksheets with timely feedback regarding progress to team leaders and operators.
Complete administrative tasks correctly and on time.
Edit time sheets for payroll. Record all attendance of employees, applying feedback to the office.
