Printing on spherical plastic pieces

Posted on Mon, 15 Mar 2004 at 9:33

Hi,
we are looking to print high quality images on spherical surface of plastic pieces. Our end product looks like a soccer ball having many hexagon & pentagon patches joined together. These patches need to be printed in a mass production. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated because I'm not printing expert and trying to find out the practical solution to get this project going. By the way all patches need to have different artwork printed (almost 300 patches to make one assembly). Thanks in advance and look forward to get some advice.

Regards,
Kevin

Anonymous says: must print them before material is made into a ball or it will be very expensive and time consuming posted on: Sat, 05/15/2004 - 10:38pm
