You don't !!

You go digital and output heat transfers and laminate them to the deck. The resolution is better, the trapping is awesome and the process is cake.
Don't get me wrong screening is good for 1 or two color mini logo work between the trucks, but for full color, full deck graph's, gotta do the transfer thing. All major deck manufacturers, including the company that I represent do it.
I can help you.
Shoot me an e-mail.

Good luck!

Best regards,
Scott

Part of my success in from keeping a secret, but if anyone would like to learn how to print a skateboard from nose to tail and has 5000.00 dollars to pay for an education I will show you. 5000.00 is my pay for 1 week you will have to buy the material and the mesh because all the equipment is made by hand. Let me Know.

Unless you want to run your company into the ground or your customers don't ride the skateboards you are putting heat transfers on you should stick to silk screening. Printed decks ride and slid better. All of the big companies you are talking about are loosing market share and taking a sport that is as American as baseball and turning Chinese. letting the skateboards be made in china and doing this heat transfer stuff are hurting the industry because these china decks can be purchased for around 7-12 dollars and a transfer be made and applied for around 2.00 but the greed in the industry is selling the china crap for 35.00 to 40.00 wholesale and that same deck sold for 50.00 to 60.00 in stores so it's not like they are selling a cheaper product for a cheaper price are they. Printing Is Better.
