Dear Mr P. Lucas,
I am very interested in this thermochromic ink and want to use it for an art project of mine at Simon Fraser University in BC Canada. I am really intersted in having paper supplied to me for this project. An artist named Steven Rand used thermographic film for his installations and thus I new it existed, but I have no idea on how I am going to get it. I need about 100 sheets of this paper--enough to cover a room I built that measures 4' X 4' (walls and floor). I was wondering if you could please help me in this regard. It would be much appreciated. Thank you,
Izabela

Dear Sir,

I am a graduate in furniture design, and I came across your message concerning thermochromic ink while browsing the internet. I am trying to find a type of thermochromic ink which can be used as a coating on a table top. So far i do not know if this is possible, and if it is possible, what kinds of materials the ink would take to. If you have any ideas or know where i can find any information concerning my enquire, i would be extremely grateful if you would email with me. Many thanks.

Yours faithfully,

Gianna DiGiorgio.

To P. Lucas,

I'm sorry i was to fast when i just send you a mail regarding my request.

I want to make a dot on a label that my customer is getting made already. This dot should be have the possibility to change in colour due to the temp. I need the paint or the ink for the project.

I need the dot to change from red ( or as close to red as possible ) to blue colour.

Red colour when temp is MORE than 5 degree
Blue colour when temp is BELOW 5 degree

The paint you can provide, for what king of print method is that made for ?

To get the best result, how thick do the print have to be then ( 50 um ? ).

For the print company that are going to make the test printing, I need a information of what is inside the paint like a description on the paint / the ingredient of the material to see if it is safe to work with if anybody is asking them. Just like a information sheet that will follow with a normal paint / ink used at a printing company.

Looking forward to received your information.
