Tennis Balls

Posted on Tue, 11 Apr 2006 at 17:18

Hello everyone, I am having a problem printing on Tennis Balls. I have been trying to pad print them, however the ink is not opaque enough. Certainly not as opaque as the "Brand Name"
I have a rotary screen setup, however I am obviously limiting my print width when trying to screen print a spherical item. Any suggestions? Thinner Pad print ink? Thicker ink?
Thanks in advance.

Well , the graphic was take from the pad ?? if the answer is yes , when the pad place the graphic upon the part , the graphic is complete upon the part ?(you need see if the pad is not keeping the graphic)I want to say may be the pad place the graphic but keep part of the graphic (ink)!! can place the imagen complete but not all the ink( for this reason you can see opaque ) !! , when i use black ink , i need place air direct to the pad to the pad place the graphic and ink complete , mix only a little thinner like 5% or less ,
any question let me know , send me a personal email if you need any more !!
