help me paper for positives

I have many problems with my Xante because this printer SHRINK my sustrate for make positives. I used polyester film from azon.

Please somebody help me I need anothe sustrate

You may have the same problem with other substrates as well if your printer isn't calibrated. Xante has a built in compensation factor that can be changed from the menu. It lets you add an amount in either or both directions to fix the shrinkage problem. It is called "Xact". Xante also recommends that you only run film from the manual feed - not from the cassette - because it will result in less shrinkage.
I would suggest that you call them for directions in checking and changing your settings.
