I have a customer that says using a non-PVC ink is a requirement. What is it and how do I do it?

Way to jump a day late and $5:00 short Rocky. Having a bad day or what? Life is a whole bunch too short to get your undies in a bunch. Bron and Andy have not been on this since the 14th, and Bron was only in the game twice. Two weeks ago, so why now two weeks later bring us back into this?
Seems this has a life of its own, or you are giving it one?

Maybe my short attention span is what got me into the Academy of Screenprinting Technology, teaching at the the SPTF, thru two years in Vietnam, and allows me to manage a production floor with 140 plus people daily.

The web is kind of like the TV or the Radio, don't like the progam, change the channel, or turn if off. I usually do, and this reinforces the reason why.

First clue on the web, not everyone knows everything, not everyone is going to agree with what you, or possibly what anyone else says. Still is a free county, last I looked.

Have a nice day, take two excedrin and try it again tomorrow.

I noticed you didn't reply to Andy's post in the help wanted section for "Screen Printers with a sense of humor". Probably a good thing, might not have got the job anyway.

Oh yeah, before I forget, try to keep your posts, technical, humorous, or off the personel side of what you think our attention spans, or business practices are. Thanks, in case I forget.

I think this wolff is howlin'!

Hey Rocky, I print out of a glorified garage, I do OK. I used to print out of a large shop. but decided chasing my tail in circles for the benefit of the government, the landlord, and the employees was dumb. Just me and the wifey now. She makes $100 an hour when she picks up the squeegee, the rest of the time (most of the time) she gardens. And I can lock my shop and walk away for a month. Try that for a day in your mega shop. BTW, there are more small shops in this industry than large ones, and I'll bet you scratch the bigs and you'll find that's where they mostly started.

....and if we don't have new peeps coming in to the industry, getting the bug like all us old ferts got years ago, doing stupid things like starting a business on a shoestring and a prayer, then where is the growth and the future coming from?

I've got the attention span of a rabid squirrel. They let me write in that silk screenin' magazine. ....course I ain't a yankee, so I can't comment on the state of mind of my american brothers and sisters of the squeegee....

Yep, some other antique just stumbled across this string and has to bring it back to life. There is a far better use for gas or electric dryers: no experience with UV for this purpose, but would have to agree with Bron. PIZZA.. yes, pizza can be re-warmed to that just out of the oven, bubbling cheese, nicely browned, warmed crust with just one pass through any reasonable textile dryer. Try this at home if you can.. just remember to to put the pie on a piece of cardboard. I can't remember which is harder to get off the belt; the cheese or the sauce. Have a tasty day. p.s. No anchovies were harmed in this testing.
